About Karacter Hub

Karacter Hub is a collaborative development, coding, learning, and tooling platform. The service provides developers with access to development tools and capabilities that may be operated through natural-language prompts and other supported interfaces.

These capabilities may be used to create, modify, test, share, and deploy applications, websites, code, projects, and other permitted development work.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not share authentication credentials or provide another person unauthorized access to your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account and must use the service only where you are legally permitted to do so.

Your projects and content

You retain responsibility for the code, prompts, files, project content, configurations, and other materials that you submit, create, modify, share, or deploy through Karacter Hub.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations for content you provide to the platform or use in a project.

You should not submit confidential, sensitive, or third-party information to Karacter Hub unless the relevant feature and your intended use are appropriate for that information.

Natural-language tools and generated output

Karacter Hub may provide tools that interpret natural-language instructions and generate or modify code, configurations, documentation, project files, or other development output.

Generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, insecure, unsuitable for a particular purpose, or contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and testing generated or modified content before using it in production or relying on it for important purposes.

You remain responsible for actions taken with generated output, including code that you choose to deploy or execute.

Collaboration and sharing

Karacter Hub may allow you to collaborate with other users and share projects, code, tools, learning resources, or other permitted content.

Content that you intentionally share may be accessible to the users or collaborators with whom you share it. You are responsible for reviewing sharing settings before making content available to others.

Acceptable use

You may not use Karacter Hub to violate applicable law or regulations, gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, interfere with or disrupt services, distribute malicious software, abuse platform resources, circumvent authentication or access controls, or intentionally bypass technical or usage restrictions.

You may not use the platform to facilitate fraud, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, exploitation of systems, or other harmful or abusive activity.

Third-party services and deployments

Karacter Hub may integrate with third-party services, development platforms, infrastructure providers, hosting providers, AI providers, or other external tools.

Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider's own terms, policies, technical requirements, and availability. Karacter Hub is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

When you use Karacter Hub to deploy an application or website, you remain responsible for the content, code, configuration, legal compliance, and operation of what you deploy.

Service availability

We aim to keep Karacter Hub available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, security events, third-party dependencies, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Features, tools, integrations, limits, and availability may change as Karacter Hub develops.

Intellectual property

Karacter Hub and its underlying software, branding, interfaces, documentation, and platform components are owned by or licensed to Karacter Hub and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Karacter Hub platform or its underlying technology to you.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Karacter Hub and, where supported, delete your account at any time.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, other users, third-party services, or to address violations of these Terms or applicable law.

Disclaimer

Karacter Hub and its tools are provided on an availability basis and may not always operate without interruption or error.

Development tools and AI-assisted features can produce unexpected results. You should independently review, test, secure, and validate code, configurations, deployments, and other output before relying on them.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as Karacter Hub's services, features, integrations, or legal requirements change. The date shown at the beginning of these Terms indicates when they were most recently updated.
